After 4 months of this delicious hobby, SPC Plum Pudding is by far my most delectable tobacco.
But after reading many of y'alls experiences it seems my tastes will change in the future.
Should I cellar deep in the Plum Pudding or should I give it some more time before making a decision?

Should I cellar deep in the Plum Pudding or should I give it some more time before making a decision? Tastes do change but usually it's from aromatics to non-aro's & English blends. Most non-aro blends get better with age so you would never have trouble swapping aged tins, especially if it's Plum Pudding. The PP Special Reserve will go out of production sooner rather than later. When that time comes it will be highly sought after. Buy up while you can.

IMHO, cellar SPC Plum Pudding, but don't cellar it exclusively. Add some straight Virginias, VaPers, and burley blends as well.
I started with Latakia blends, but have since moved on to Vapers and burleys. Tastes definitely do change, but I imagine that I may return to Latakia blends at some point. If not, I can always trade or sell them.

Make sure you have between 25 to 30 tins of Plum Pudding in your cellar. The reserve will blow your socks off....lol. You’ll need a loan to cellar this one.....😂😂😂

I go five to ten pounds usually. Twenty pounds with extreme favorites.

Before you cellar deep on the Plum Pudding, try the Plum Pudding Special Reserve...you may find you like it better than the regular. Additionally, I would branch out to other tobacco venues...maybe some VaPers and straight Vas. Balkans are a must, may I suggest some Bengal Slices as a crossover of sorts.

...my personal philosophy is "Wide and Deep", depending on your budget and smoking habits...

As you like the Seattle blending style, you might want to explore more of their offerings.

So let me ask it this way....
Has anyone ever cellared deep on something only to find your palette changed and you no longer enjoy it?

I am glad I didn't cellar up on a lot of what I used to like.

Worst case you can always sell or trade it if your tastes change.

I thought the same way at one time, and thought I had gone too deep on a few blends, I was finding I didn’t care for them as I once had. But once again, the knowledge of the Patch saved me. I was told set them back and come back later. I’m glad I did. Your tastes will change. Back and forth.

I would think cellaring deep on a quality tobacco can never be wrong.
You probably wouldn't have a difficult time selling it if you ever truly needed to.

If I find I've smoked a blend regularly for a year or more then I'll begin to cellar it. Been doin it this way for around 50 years now and it works for me !

Smoked them exclusively for nearly twenty years then one day I found I couldn't stand them. All I could taste in any heavy lat blend was the latakia. Now I'm more into Virginia/Orientals and aromatics.
