Beautiful Volcano Pipe with a slight bend to the stem. Looks like this pipe will sell for under $20.00.....I’d rather share then purchase another pipe. I would not hesitate to purchase this pipe if I needed another. I’ve purchased “ 9 “ pipes from this seller.........VERY SATISFIED 👍👍👍. A beautiful piece of briar!
If your interested I’ll PM you the information. It’s a beauty with only 3 hours left to sell on eBay. Has NOT moved from it’s $11.99 point in 6 days!!!

I received a couple of PM’s and responded. I need to know if “ anyone from the Patch “ will wait to the end and try and win this pipe. If not, I might.....but rather see another member enjoy this pipe👍

Wow. That really is a looker. Wonder why there was little interest. Paddy, there are certain days this happens. It’s a pipe I’d rather have another member of the Patch win. I got two bargains from this maker within one week......I NEED NO MORE!!! This pipe has a stunning grain 👍👍👍

I ask because these are made in China and there is some skepticism around pipes made in China. I like the way they look, thats for sure. I think the brand is called "Road Town".

I like the way they look, thats for sure. I think the brand is called "Road Town". I own in my possession “ 7 “ HS Studio or Road Town Pipes. I have “ 2 “ more on the way. All the one’s I smoke now are either good to great smokers. I have no complaints with design or craftsmanship with any so far. Two of my friends back on Long own a few and enjoy theirs. Just look at the reviews and the same pipe smokers coming back again to either bid or purchase another pipe from this group of Chinese makers. None of mine smoke foul, from the first bowl to the fourth might taste a bit different like any other pipes made with briar on the market. China has come along way, now selling some quality items, knives for example.....look at Reate and Kizer knives. These knives are in great demand by American knife collectors. China produces the highest grade of steel for knife blades ......either M390 or S35vn......which “ the higher end “ Chinese knives use to manufacture some beautiful & functional knives.

Interesting thoughts, Ted. Takes me back ro when 'made in Japan' was a slight. Now their products are among the best in the world. China will get there too.

HS Studio Pipes in my regular rotation now. All are good to great smokers and the most expensive one in the middle, cost me $35.00 plus shipping. Thought I’d share a picture.......

I am going to fire up some Esoterica Margate in it this afternoon. It seems to be well made. The draft hole is a little off center in the bowl but correct in the shank. It's not off enough where it should change the smoke. I've seen worse in some Savinellis and Petersons. The grain is beautiful and the pipe is really light. It's about 5" long and should be a great pipe to smoke in the truck. I like smaller pipes for the truck. I smoke a couple of Devil Anse's and a small cob while I'm in the truck. If it smokes well it will be the best $13 I've spent.

...I have no experience with pipes made in China, but I do know that their craftsmanship on guitars is, at this point, excellent... much the same way Japan honed in on precision in the 1970s...
