Having heard that, I do not know if UPCA was hoodwinked.... the guy that posted the link is a UPCA member, but he isn’t the seller, he just wanted to post what appears to be some great deals.

I would think that one would not be immediately sent a pay now message before the sale ends if they have a fathers day sale offering to combine shipping.

But Ebay has a pretty good buyer’s protection plan.

If an offer was made within the frame of what the seller offered and they turned it down, they deserve the feedback in kind.

I would say that if I went back to the sellers page and added another, it would be cumulative. Either way, just couldn't say no to a $9 Italian briar. After cleaning it up, it's going in my work locker with a tub of Angler's Dream.
