So as some members know, Jason makes an as some pipe. Liking what I saw, I too inquired about having one made. Giving it its inaugural smoke on Father's day, all I can say is, "Wow!" It passes a pipe cleaner with no effort, no whistling in a pleasantly wide open draw, no gurgling, and only slightly warm to the touch when smoking. The overall appearance is very pleasing, and my thumb is loving the rustication on the left side of the bowl. ( I requested that side to be rough for that reason, sort of like a worry rock.๐) That shank accent is antler, my first pipe with it, and I absolutely love it! Enjoying it and it's second smoke of Sansepolcro at the moment, and can only say that Jason really knocked it out of the park with this one, I will certainly be commissioning more.๐

Now those pics really reveal it's beauty & uniqueness. I especially like the demarcation between the rustication & smooth on the front of the bowl. Very nice Jason.

Forgive me, that reminds me of a cowlick I once sported. The bowl relief on the left ties everything together, a beautiful pipe, congrats to both of yas.
