... and other white lies you can tell yourself when justifying new additions to your collection (o:
Picked up my order from the Danish Pipe Shop today, feels good to do business with these great people again. Plenty of maintenance items, rubber bits, filters and what not... Included was also a canadian I've had my eyes set on for the longest time, and a very nice poker from Rattray's in black sandblast.
Feel like sharing, very happy with what I've received.

Rattray's Distillery 128 Poker
Savinelli Roma 802 Canadian
The new canadian in my on-the-go Martin Wess Fat Leather Combi pouch. Above sits a capped Peterson sterling silver spigot with an army mount stem. Surprised it fits so well.

They are all sweet looking pipes. I'd be proud to have any one of them in my collection.

Very nice pipes, both of them. I am a big fan of the Rattrays Dark series, and that Poker really seals the deal!

BrunoT .......you got yourself some beautiful pipes👍👍👍. Both pipes should should be great smokers. Your lucky you live close to the Danish Pipe Shop!!! Congratulations on your purchase, may you enjoy for many years of smoking pleasure. You have access to some superb tobacco’s from you B&M. True that! Unfortunately, due to a lawsuit from the UK, they had to fall in line with EU regulations regarding that individuals cannot receive tobacco products through post, only personal pick-up. Still a great selection otherwise and a great business. Luckily, my work trips take me to the HQ in Munich, which has Pfeifen Hüber: they even make their own blends and there are always two dashing, professional German gentlemen in suits ready to help you make your selection. The tax situation is much better there as well; a tin that would cost me 16 at home, can go as low as 10. They also have custom-made orders; I bought my Peterson Spigot for a fraction of the price, because it was a showcase piece (which meant that it was maybe picked up a couple times!). That said, I also have a great shop in my hometown here in Slovakia. They mostly sell newspapers and books, but also have a very extensive cigarette & tobacco collection as well as the full Czech pipe roster from Jirsa (my favorite), Novak, and BPK. It's also the only place in the area where you can buy pipe Zippos. They stock Dunhill, Peterson, SG, MacBaren and you can find the occasional outlier there as well. The lightning makes it so, but it's just briar Will test me on my cake building skills. Thank you all for your comments guys, I'm glad that you share my sentiment.
