Jerry Lee's song has nothing to do with my situation, but the title is easy to hum to...been married 37 years but I haven't lived the life of Jerry Lee....that might have played a role on the ability to add notches on the belt.  The first line of the song references 1980, the year we met....

She contracted valley fever some years back, a doctor did an initial misdiagnosis and put her on steroids.. that fed the infection while they buried her lab reports and forgot about them... long road to recovery, she is doing better now, but even with the great ventilation at Big Sticks, being around smoke isn’t really an option. |
