Had a great time at the pipe club last night. It was a very productive night for hubby, he got to talk woodworking with several guys, also got to talk WV National Guard with several guys (all but two were prior military) I forgot to take tobacco with me, so when I got to the shop I bought an ounce, it was Peaches and Cream and it smelled divine!!! VERY peachy, I loved it. We ended up staying about 2 1/2 hours, which means when I finished my peaches and cream I got to smoke from the C&D Founding Fathers that was set out on the table. Actually the "Professor" strongly encouraged me to try it -- another guy was passing around Dunhill Flake and they brought out the McClelland's holiday blend. It was a really nice evening.

She came in with a smile and a pipe. A study of contradictions, she seemed to understand more than most. Eyes shining with humor and a comforting, easy to talk to demeanor. She was a goddess in mortal skin. She raised a glass and said, "Confusion to the memory of Newton."

yeah, this month was really good. hubby can only handle the smoke for so long and for the last two months most of the guys actually smoked cigars instead of pipes which made the room fill up really quickly and thickly. This month everyone smoked pipes and it stayed nice and didn't bother hubby so we got to stay a really long time. He enjoys himself when he isn't struggling to breathe, lol. (he has scar tissue on his lungs from some bad bouts of pneumonia)
