Tomorrow (Friday) Night..We're supposed to get about 4 inches.I know that's not unusual to a lot of folks. When I lived up north it happened a lot every winter. Here in N.Carolina though it'a a really big deal.Grocery stores are running out of a lot of things. Folks stocking up .When it snows that much around his neck of the woods the roads aren't clear for travel for a couple of days.As far as I know I've got bread, peanut butter, milk, and tobacco so I'm OK for the long haul.

Stay safe, Larry. A couple inches down there can cripple a city.
We got about 2 or 3 in. up here in Philly last night. I always laugh being from Buffalo, you would think the world is ending here. They actually referred to this as a "storm" on the news.
I remember being a kid. -10 wind chill, foot of snow on the ground and more coming.... bundle up, your arse is still going to school, lol.

Just a coating in my area but ice underneath. The sun should take care of that by this afternoon.

A couple inches in my area, our first of the year. Low tonight headed down to 5F but looks like the white stuff is done for a while.

15 miles north of us more than 3 feet of lake effect snow has fallen and it continues.
First time I can remember being passed over by a winter storm.
