Interesting reading, thanks for posting the link. I have about all the tobacco I will ever smoke and then some. I’d never sell any, not even my McClelland tobacco’s. I much rather give to a few pipe smokers that I’ve known for a number of years.
For those that are still building a good cellar there is no better time than now to stock up as much as you can financially for your future.

To me it looks like it's more about pipes and the future of pipes rather than tobacco.

It just caught my eye about 30 seconds before lights out for me last night.... I thought about asking at the link for the full report (the links are on a few websites offering the full report) but decided that there is no sense in putting my name out there.
I was surprised to see that SM Frank is still in the pipe business.
Anyway, I thought maybe an industry wonk here might find it interesting. By any means, it is a company that provides industry analysis for people in the biz.

I was surprised to see that SM Frank is still in the pipe business. SM Frank is alive and well. Bill sponsors a popular pipe event every year in upstate NY and he attends a few pipe shows every year!  |

Can someone explain what we're being told in this article. It's simply a description of an analysis of the pipe and pipe tobacco market projecting forward into 2025, that is available for sale. It gives little to no actual data. It also offers little to no data about the people conducting the analysis. Buy the report and you might have something to talk about. |

Seems like a strange website, like search engine optimization or something, probably aggregates available info out there. About page has little info, contact page is very bare too. Its tied to another strange website called newsfinancialanalyst.com
Between the strange website, lack of proper grammar, and the fact they are selling something, whole thing is suspicious to me. I doubt that the "report", if it exists, tells anyone anything they couldn't find out with a little google-fu.

As I said earlier... no sweat on my part, I ran across it minutes before going to bed and posted it without thinking about what it meant... my follow up post explained what it is about when I had fresher eyes.  As I looked at it earlier, I agree with the statement above about the Mueller report, at first it looked like something was there, in the end a nothingburger. |
