6 pack - Cohiba Red Dot Pequenos

6 pack - Padron Cortico Maduro
5 pack - Padron Londres Maduro
Price point wise, the Cohiba's and the Upmann's can't be beaten. Upmann discontinued their legendary Petite Corona a few years back, but the Demitasse at 5.2 x 33 seems to fall right into the size that the Petite was, albeit a bit longer maybe. Looking forward to trying all of these, especially @psycholime suggestion.

Don't let that Padron Londres fool you it smokes like a bigger cigar than it is, in taste and time. I was reading the other day somewhere that before 1950 the Londres was the preferred shape at least for Cuban made. It is nice to see you can get a lot of cigars in the 40's ring gauge size and still not have to sacrifice taste. Even is 30's size those little cigars hit the spot when you don't have a lot of time to spare.

Ten Liga Undercrown Maduro Robusto 54x5.0 for under five dollars each from Cigar Page. I saw the deal while I was doing dishes and it expired before I could click it. Several hours later it popped again so I had to work for it to get that price. The humidor has grown by 62 sticks average price of two-fifty a stick. Samplers. flash sales with free shipping and a good clearance deal from a local shop and Cigar Page. Good things come to those who wait and watch on a budget.

I agree but the flavor profile is much more complex and satisfying. The filler of the VSG I believe is the same as the Opus X. Let me do some digging on that before I get quoted on it. Stay tuned |

Stay tuned I may be wrong but I think you have the VSG and the Anejo mixed up.The Anejo and the Opus supposedly have the same filler/binder but I have never heard that of the VSG.I've smoked all three,I like all three,VSG,Anejo,Opus…….in that order. |
