Just put a puck together of: 20g Yorktown 25g 515 10g Turkish 5g Perique Nuked for 20 seconds before pressing. It sure smells good, let's hope it tastes as good as it smells. I pressed this for 4 days. It came out VERY good, indeed. The Turkish takes on its own unique character when mixed with other blends. It's just what I wanted. That musty, almost floral taste that you get with some Balkans, which plays VERY nice with the Virginia and Perique.

Sounds tasty! Do you know what kind of Turkish it was by chance? I really favor the Macedonians like Basma and Prilep.
Although ... Samsun is darn good too!

I read the descriptions and reviews, and it sounded like what I was looking for. It's says it's a blend of three Turkish varietals, including Yenidje. So, it could have basma and prilep, and/or Izmir as well. Whatever is in it, it fit the bill nicely.

Nice ... a blend of varieties has more complexity too.
