A man has a right to hold whatever political, social, cultural positions he wishes. He may hold in derision whatever political leader he chooses, that's his right. As near as I can tell, Henry Fonda wasn't a good father. He cheated on his wife and she killed herself when he asked for a divorce. He was distant as a dad. Great actor though. Some of the best actors are the worst people, but that's not assured.
