Tobaccopipes is a good company, they handle the distriibution for Sutliff to support pipe clubs, and the individual in the “virtual pipe club”.... and I don’t think Sutliff is shoveling cash at them, it is a service to the community.
When the Arizona pipe club receives the 4 tin/ pouch allotment, we are charged less than $2.
