A customer at work tricked me or unknowingly gave me Croatian 10 Lipas instead of 10 Euro-cents. Boy, am I glad. Recognize the plant? They call it duhan. Any other known money bills or coins on the subject?

That's a beautiful coin. I wonder how much tobacco it would buy Дуван - Serbian Duhan - Croatian Duvan - Serbo-Croatian Duhani - Albanian

I think tobacco in Croatia is not grown in many areas, but they import mostly from Herzegovina and Macedonia. My Serbian neighbor sometimes brings me "Drina" cigarettes from Bosnia as a curiosity. They are strong, smelly, real oriental type but of course I prefer pipe smoking.

I think we should adopt it as official pipe smokers currency.
