My sincere condolences to your family for your loss, may God give you power and strength to carry on and as we say here in Greece ''be well to remember him at his good times''.

Good morning roadsdiverged and all other Patchers. My first pipe of the day is Dunhill Flake (‘11) in a JB cutty egg with an ebonite stem. Josh, have you ever tried C&D Yorktown? It’s a Stoved Red Virginia. I think you may like it. I can send you a sample.

Having some fifteen year old GLP Haddo's Delight, in my favorite perique pipe, an Aldo Vilani Dublin that took forever to "come around"...after ten or more years, a bowl of VooDoo Queen was the turning point for this little pipe...it's had a study diet of VA/PER for years now.
the tobacco is dry as sand; the first few puffs offered only hot air...with very light sips the rest of the bowl was a delight. please forgive the pun.
