Last night I started a bowl of PS EOS in the Kaywoodie Hi-Bowl which I finished early this morning. Compared to the Newminster EO it is a bit smoother and less tangy, very light hand with the Orientals but still there. Enjoyable none the less. Moving on to a bowl of Lux Twist Flake in the dwarf cobbit. Pretty obvious how this one will go Each pipe holds a library of stories. From those who have smoked them previously to those who steward them to their next destination. When it was smoked, what was smoked out of it, how long it sat, what was happening in ones life when they got it? Each time we smoke we breathe life into these stories, whether we know them or not, and write new ones without even trying. Memories are connected with and new ideas are inspired. Just wanted to show appreciation to those who keep the stories going! Hope you are all well. I liked this, really good post my friend.

Two Timer burns a bit quick in a cob, so having some more. The previous 2 briar smokes of it were longer lasting. Very pleased with this new to me blend.

Before, Match B.S. Original (little pot). Now, Five Brothers, also little pot. Edit: The Match B.S. Original wouldn't stay lit, for heaven's sake. It didn't feel overly wet. I'll try drying next time. First bowl, unimpressive.

Full Virginia Flake in a CurlyTop giant bent Dublin. I thought I would try this Virginia in a tall narrow bowl to see if I could get some flavor out of it. It worked a little, but I still don't like it.

How big is this pipe? Is it like a whole plateau block, or does it fit comfortably in hand? The Autograph Mignon line are small pipes. This Fan is clenchable. Here’s a pic with a quarter: Thanks, John! That's, well, Mignon! I always imagined those fans as being unwieldy.

I don't like Virginias, they just don't have any flavor to me. I was curious about this one and Jim sent me a sample and I am checking it out in a few different pipes. I also can't taste Stonehaven or other mostly Virginia blends. It's just me, no reflection on the tobacco. As Virginias go, this one is top of the hill.

Ronv69: I've been smoking it this month too and do like it. I sense a molasses base, but not much else, mostly full flavored leaf, so it is accurately named.
