Welcome to the forum... Some of our most esteemed pipe smokers are from N. Carolina, hopefully you can meet up with some of them. I've searched for a local pipe collectors or pipe smokers club. Doesn't seem to be one in the coastal NC area. I thnk there's a couple in the Raleigh area. |

Hello from Vancouver, Canada or as I call it ‘Hitler’s Bunker’. We came here from Charlotte (shout out to the boys at McCranie’s!) and have lived in Greenville and Chapel Hill and have family in Cary.
Can’t think of a better way to get in to pipe smoking than putting tobacco in one and lighting it! My only advice is don’t take any nickel plugs! 😉

I've been an avid cigar smoker for years and now just began smoking a pipe. I have three in my collection. All I know about pipe smoking right now is light it on fire and smoke it. I hope to learn more from the pipe smokers here.
