My 3 tins from SP arrived today and they do not have a big warning label. There is the California blurb in a small paragraph on the bottom label.

I forgot how good Rattray blends are.
Black Mallory,Red Rapparee are good , and Marlin flake is probably my favorite.
I got IRC Virginia flakes in place of Old Gowrie and it’s great tobacco.
I think IRC is better than DLF and much easier on pocket.
If you like DLF I think you will like IRC Virginia flakes.
I can taste similar notes of Orlik and PS flakes in it but there’s something else in it that makes it unique and brings out natural sweetness and earthy flavor.
