 Finishing up cup three of 16oz steamed espresso homey don't play coffee light. Cafe San Marcos Supremo Honduras high grown and sun dried.

Last round of coffee for today - Veranda Light Blonde Roast … black, of course! Thats what I was drinking today. Final count, three quarts coffee and one energy drink. I have three to five cups a weeks on average. Today I hand cranked pasta like a screaming race car motor. Hope everyone had a good coffee day!  The blonde roasts have more caffeine. Every day is coffee day for me. From the time I wake up to the cup right before bed. I wish I could pull that off. I tend to drink copious amounts visiting with family into the wee hours, invariably wake up with a caffeine hangover. |
