I'll have my usual cups of French Market as I do most days. Guess that qualifies as celebrating National Coffee Day ?

On my days off I drink coffee all day long. Tomorrow will be no different. Maybe since its "coffee day," I'll see what new ones I can find. I need to find a new whole bean Colombian anyway.

I have coffee every morning, but I did pick up some mini donuts at Aldi to make it seem more special.

One quart down, next quart coming up! The Briar Patch Tribune: "DelMarVa Man Drinks Two Quarts of Coffee, Shakes Apples Off of Local Apple Orchard Trees" The funny thing is our local apple orchard is I believe open for "you pick" season. But I dint sleep well last night and wife's birthday dinner is today. Serving seven and she ask for spaghetti. You know me, I gotta do this right when serving others so its all from scratch and my pasta maker is hand cranked. :/

Good luck in your spaghetti journey. Salt your pasta water, ya heathen!!!

Boiled up Don Carlos in the enameled blue speckled pot. A good pinch of cardamon. Cold water, just a little, to settle grounds. Great National Coffee Day for all of you.

Just finishing my first cup of half-octane. Will have another half a cup, then switch to the eunuch coffee. Can't do too much caffeine.

having a second mug with a little donut...later, the plan is a brunch of hot, country sausage, boiled eggs, and hash browns with onions, plus another pot of coffee!

Last round of coffee for today - Veranda Light Blonde Roast … black, of course! Thats what I was drinking today. Final count, three quarts coffee and one energy drink. I have three to five cups a weeks on average. Today I hand cranked pasta like a screaming race car motor. Hope everyone had a good coffee day!
