I'll be moving to Mooresville, NC in two weeks. Figured I'd see if anyone was from around that area and could recommend any good shops.

Hi there, welcome to the area!
As far as shops go, there are two McCranies shops in the area. There is also Burners Cigar Company in Huntersville. They carry a decent selection of bulks and tins, including Rattray, Esoterica and Three Nuns. I've heard Gold Leaf Cigar Lounge carries some pipe stuff too but I haven't been so I couldn't tell you. I can tell you that JRs has eliminated all pipe related items. They don't even carry pipe cleaners anymore.
Where groups are concerned there's Aromatic Pharts, we meet the third Sunday of every month around 1PM at JRs Casa De Montechristo in Mooresville. This is the group Brian is a part of.
There is also Burners Pipe Group. It meets the first Sunday of every month around 1PM at Burners in Huntersville. There's a lot of overlap with the groups, I try to attend both every month. Hope to see you there!
