have to say, been smoking my falcons on a regular basis now and I have been comparing them to my briars, I have to say these pipes really do deliver a cool dry smoke and are literally fuss free. Anyone else a falcon fan? I know they are a love or hate pipe but I love mine!

Just got on board a few months ago. Great pipe for the ride to and from work.

Yes, they are good driving pipes, I agree. My favorite is a partially bent with the apple bowl. It just seems to be the perfect shape and size for me.

Don't smoke mine enough, nor my Dr Grabow Vikings (which are just as good). Some complain Falcon not clencher friendly, but I solved that by going to the Dental bit.

I agree, stems are not the best, but I use softy bits on everything and that makes it a whole different pipe. I’ve given away my share of pipes too Scrooge, I sure wish I hadn’t now, should have kept them in the heard!

I like my Falcon, but I don't smoke it nearly as much as I should. I tend to reach for my cobs more. I must rectify that a little.
I must also get some more bowls.

Don’t have a full bent yet, going to pick one up soon in the extra finish, just wanted to ask the other falconers on the site, it looks awkward like the bit almost doesn’t have enough of a bend. Any thoughts?

Mine are straight. Had a bent and didn't like it, but most Falcon fans seem to like them.

I used to have a little squat apple that I really liked it was good for multiple bowls, nice and cool. I see they have meerschaum bowls I bet would be very nice.

I always steered clear from them as they are so similar to my Quiet Comrade pipe which gets too hot to hold.

I have a straight and bent Falcon and put meer bowls on them and smoke them a lot. I have two bent and a straight Viking I need to get out and get them cleaned up so I can smoke them also.

Been off the patch for a minute, moved down to nc from bullshat Indiana and the move was a beast. Love it here though. Up in the mountains with hardly anyone around. The nearest neighbor rides his John Deere gator up the road once a week to check his mail. Picked up my full bent falcon from Iran and rise before we left and I love it! Looks awkward as hell but is very comfortable in the mouth. If you don’t have one you should definitely get one for your collection. The mere bowls are calling me too, need to get a few. Some places are selling mere bowls and poly stem sets for almost 200 dollars. What a joke.

No, not really. I can smoke and comfortably hold it the whole time. The spoon gets warm but that’s if your smoking it like a freight train. For the price they really are a dream to smoke, I can smoke them to ash time after time and they will stay as dry as a cob.
