Those were good days for me...back then parents actually "raised" their children...if you acted up in school...seeing the principal was not the worst of it...it was when you got home...and the ever-present belt...didn't take many of those sessions to get you straightened out....and the neighborhood actually looked out for the children playing...many eyes were on you all the time.
