I found this video of the WCPS vendor list on the SPEZ and I thought I would share it here. This is one of my favorite shows of the year and the only one stop smoke friendly show left.
<img src="//storage.forums.net/forum/images/bbcode/video-preview.png" video="<iframe width="645" height="363" src=" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>" alt="Video Preview">
I'm arriving Thursday morning and heading for AZ sometime Monday. I'm usual the biggest guy in the room but levins0 can point me out. My Buddy, Danish Pipe Expert Rex will have tables of Danish Pipes and others. Another friend will have a table of High Grade estate pipes priced to move including Castello, Dunhill, Barling, Comoy, Larsen and others some unsmoked from a huge collection that hasn't seen the light of day in decades. Get in early for him as he probably won't be bringing anything home. I've got dibs on a unsmoked Castello Epoca for the collection. And another West Coast buddy with a great eye for pipes that I only see at this show will have a table of his mostly smooth unsmoked Castello's. Travel Safe and we'll see you there!

I have a room reserved at another hotel. Wife and are are going to be in town for some other business. The plan is to drop me off at 11am on Saturday. I will have pockets full of cash but no idea how long I will be there.

Hope to see many of you there. I will have video camera in hand. Plans to get some footage of the show, plus a few interviews.
If you attend make sure to buy raffle tickets!!! Radice Pipes and Briar Blues have donated a Radice made Briar Blues Pipe of the Year for 2019. A stunning two tone stained Silk Cut ( sand blast ) with a shape 55 ( bent pot ) variation. Slightly longer shank with shorter stem. Plus there will be a Radice t shirt and a Briar Blues sweat shirt. Lots of other vendors donate goodies as well. So buy raffles tickets.
The guest speaker for the Saturday night dinner is the man, the myth, the legend … and all around good guy, Steve Fallon aka Pipe Stud. Rumor has it that those that attend will get goodie bags!
Both the raffle and dinner support the show, so we can do it all again in 2020.
Please if we have not met, come over and introduce yourself. I only bite if woken early, unless your delivering coffee......
Regards Michael J. Glukler

Hey Dave...what was the pan roast you said was phenomenal? palacestation.sclv.com/Dining/The-Oyster-Bar/Menu-SpYeah, the house pan roast would be at the top of my favorite meals list! The Gumbo, etouffee (sp?) and chowder are really good too. Long cold day on the road but I hope to get in around noon tomorrow.

We rolled into town tonight about 5:30, the food at the Oyster bar was a gastronomic delight...thanks to DaveinLAX for the recommendation! Jeremy Reeves of Cornell and Diehl was great to converse with, Gary from Ye Old Pipe Shoppe on the right. A good crowd in the converted buffet room where they allow you to cart in your own booze. Saw Brian Levine, Ryan Alden, Silver Grey, The Pipe Tart, and others...a good group of younger smokers, I expect tomorrow to be a great show!

Yes, I won a nice Don Warren pipe a few years back, in an earlier post in this thread, Mike said Briar Blues has a nice prize to win.

The recent KC show offered unfortunates who couldn't attend the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets online.

Was there for 30-45 mins on Saturday. A word of warning to any going to a pipe show:
DO NOT COME TO THE SHOW HUNGOVER AS THE SMOKE IN THE ROOM WILL CAUSE PROJECTILE VOMITTING
I wish I would have been a better boy Friday night and been able to stay longer. In my condition it was all I could do to stay upright. By the looks of the crowd and the tables it was a great showing. I did score some estates from the Denmark chap - Torben Lind I believe his name was. I haven't even taken a photo of the pipes yet.
Next time I will avoid beverages until Saturday.

I will throw a teaser...on Saturday night, most of my compadres took off...that left empty seats who strolled in? L-R Don Warren, Scotty Piersal, Jiminks, Greg Pease, Michael Gulker (Briar Blues), A doctor that is a prolific photographer on our hobby, Mike Murphy of Pipe And Tamper Podcast. I had extended conversations with each...a really great time, I wish I had been able to record what was said...truly some wonderful insights into our hobby...pretty cool sitting with the rock stars.

Is that the new Silver Grey stemmed Peterson in Jim's face? He has been really looking forward to getting that pipe.

Not necessarily in order.... @darin gifted the club a tin of Peterson's Escudo awhile back, I was waiting for an occasion to open it...it was heavenly. Ryan Alden scrutinizing a pipe...pics do not do justice, he had a laser beam focus looking at this fine briar. Mike Murphy of Pipe And Tamper and the lady that owns Cup a Joes. Don Warren and Jim Amash (Jiminks) Greg Pease and Mike for Briar Blues...two delightful gentlemen to talk to. I fond this beautiful BBB for $50, hardly smoked...it smokes great! When I got home and was able to really polish the silver, it was like a mirror. A moment of indiscretion on my part....Hey...he kissed my wife twice at the buffet, time to get even! I won another Don Warren pipe in the raffle...GREAT NOSEWARMER!...woooohoo! JohnR in the flatcap, his wonderful bride behind him...and DaveinLAX to his right..whose heart matches his size. Jesse (Sablebrush) talking to a carver... George...rare to catch him without a beautiful briar hanging from his mouth. Jeremy Reeves, shaved head blender from Cornell and Diehl, and Joe Fabian western territory sales guy for Smokingpipes that lives near our pipe club. Spartacus bought this gem of a pipe...a Scotty Piersal. Nate King on the right...great guy...the other carver I cannot remember...might be because we hit the Glenmorangie pretty hard. This room in the past was the upstairs buffet room across from the pipe show...after the remodel, they left the stuff in place, it provided a great smoking room.

All in all a great show, vendor participation and traffic was up this year. This venue in my opinion allows you to talk to people that might be mch harder in a venue like Chicago...I chatted solo with Greg Pease for two hours! Mike McNeil for about a half hour...talk to him and it is off to the races! You get eight hours of education in 45 minutes.
I am looking forward to next year.
