Interesting. I don't know what kind of wheels and tires can stand up to that kind of speed. The space shuttle tires couldn't. Cross wind becomes irrelevant as speed increases pass a certain point. I learned in sailing how the faster you go the more the wind moves toward the bow. I would want to be in a pressurized space suit in that thing.
