RouxgarouxThe Rouxgaroux! The Cajun Werewolf. It prowls the sugar cane fields outside New Orleans looking for it's next victim. Watch City's "Rouxgaroux" is based upon a bed of our "Simply Red" and a Matured Red Virginia. Rouxgaroux is an indulgent melange of flavors of stewed fig and plum. spiced with a generous amount of Perique along with some stoved Virginia and a bit of Bright Virginia for a unique floral note that drifts in and out through the bowl. One pound already on the way!! Hope everyone is doing GREAT!!!

Ernie Q has been experiencing some health issues which have slowed down production efforts. I believe he plans to have some R&B out by Thanksgiving.
I too have a pound of the Rouxgaroux on order. Should be good stuff.

I got 4oz. to try. I'll probably try a bowl and put the rest away until spring. I've overdone it on VAs and VaPers for a little while.
Whenever the Deluxe Crumb Cut comes back in stock, I'll be all over that like white on rice. That's some stuff, I'll tell ya.

Sounds tastey except for the ".... generous amt of Perique...". I'm not a big fan of it in my Va's.
