I want to thank Peteguy for the special help he offered.
I looked at several pipes on ebay until I found a pipe I liked, and then based on his knowledge, got it for a good price. He would tell me when overpriced or where something was wrong that I didn't catch.
Then he bought it and cleaned it for me, and then shipped it to me after I paid him.
This was not a high price pipe, but it was my first nice briar. He even threw in a goody bag of tobacco. I will never forget the help I got when I use this pipe.

I used the link to the photo on Imgur.com. Then copied the photo's URL and pasted that into the Image box in Reply.
Photos from many—even most—websites can be displayed by copying the image's URL, usually by Control-clicking onna Mac; or right-clicking on Windows, selecting the URL (often stated as "Copy Image Location" or similar words), then copy/paste that into the window.

I thought I did the same as far as using the link in the image block, but I just got the tiny blue symbol. After copying and putting in image link box, and that not woking, I just pasted the link in the reply area.

Thank for all the kind words everyone. I am simply paying it forward from the hospitality you have all shown.
It is a really nice pipe. I am not sure about the stem, it didn't seem original to me. The bend seems too sharp but then again, I am no freehand Edwards expert.
But we are missing something. HOW DOES SHE SMOKE???

Pass it forward, man. There's a lot of generosity in our hobby. At the recent West Coast Pipe Show, an old friend let me have a tin of 1989 McClelland tobacco for a song.

Peteguy is the real thing...got a really nice sample of some tobacco I hadn't tried...got it right out! He is the man and the kind of guy I would want for a neighbor.

One of my best smoking pipes. It is one of my favorite few that I go to again and again. I would still be searching for a Curtz if you hadn't stepped in. Thanks, buddy!
