Set all my clocks back last night.I thought I might sleep an hour longer this morning..No such luck. Now today is weird. It seems later than the clock says it is.I wish those jerks up in DC would set a time and leave it alone.

We don't observe DST here in AZ ... except up north on the Navajo & Hopi Lands.

I like Standard time, hate going to bed just after sunset. DST is B.S. that the government cooked up and I don't care if it ever comes back IMHO!

oh that means it will dark when everyone gets home for a few months. The computer, phone and tv changed the time all by their lonesome. Nothing beats BBQing in the dark.

The sun does what the sun is going to do regardless of what the government says. If it pays the fine, Free Medicare for all.

I prefer standard time as well. Sunset and evening are my favorite time of day and I don't like it when that happens at 9.

I always have a hard time setting my watch...it is a digital and you have to push certain buttons quickly and in the right sequence...a real pain in the butt.

I am pretty much ambivalent about the whole thing. +/- on both sides. As Bob Dylan might say, "In a world of Steel-eyed death, and men who are fighting to be warm," a slight shift in time means naught.

Normally it throws me off for a few days. Not this time. The twins have my schedule so screwed up that I just go with the flow.

It ain't the Feds that set the rules, it's your state.
Not a fan of the twice yearly change, but I don't much care, either.
PS I thought the original move to DST was to assist farmers have more light, but of course, the amount of daylight is set by the motions of our planet, not legislation.

I stayed up an extra hour this time change and it seemed to help. Haven't felt time lagged and my sleep schedule isn't altered.

Ain't that the truth. I remember surfing at 11pm one summer. But it makes little difference the other way. It's light at 4am too.

It's an archaic, outmoded solution to a situation that no longer exists. Were it to be put on a National Referendum, it would be soundly voted down, imo.
