I'm not a phone person..I only use one if I feel a need to..Today my wife sent me to the bank..About a 20 minute trip..I stuck my phone in my pocket and forgot about it.When I left the bank I decided to go do a bit of shopping. This took about a hour..When I got home I was in big trouble because I didn't call my wife and tell her I wasn't coming straight home..She was worried about me she said.Wondering if something happened to me..After the usual apology and a promise to call next time she seemed to calm down a bit..After all these years you would think that I should know that a man gives some of his freedom when he gets married.

When I go on my round the state business trips. I have to call my wife morning, noonish and before bed time or she gets worried and will start calling me. No rest for the wicked.

My wife makes me take my phone on the big tractor when I’m bushogging, don’t understand that. Can’t hear the sucker anyway.

A buddy of mine asked his wife as she was leaving the house to go shopping..."Do you have your revolver on you?" She replied: "No, I have my phone" Buddy replies: "I suppose that will help us find your body"
She put her revolver in her purse.

My wife sent her first cell phone with me deer hunting in Mountain Home TX. The old Motorola bricks worked great. I figured I would just go through the motions, but by golly she answered. To be honest I waited until I was ready to climb down about 10 am. I am somewhat miffed about having to stay in touch, but I do the same thing to her.

No electronic leash for me. I take mine along, but cannot hear it 70%of the time. I have a buddy who calls his wife 4-5 times a day which bugs the sh!t out of her, as he obviously has an emotional issue.
