Starting off my smoking day with circa 1970 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed in a 2002 smooth top, black sandblasted quarter bend Karl Erik Ekstravagant horn with an acrylic horn insert in the ferrule and black acrylic stem. A can of the very delicious Hansen's Creamy Root Beer made with pure cane sugar is my drink. Watching Gunsmoke. Posting early for the ride. This afternoon will be Capt. Earle's Ten Russians in my reverse calabash Rhodesian. By the way, a reverse calabash tends to mute flavor a tad on some blends which I don't understand as it should effect them all.

Hi, fed us this morning,to celebrate my 2001 post, I gave ten year old Pop some prime cooked beef for the first time, he is used to rabbit food, other than chicken when he was sick, he is not used to maggot food, I don't think he noticed the difference ;-). So an early morning smoke of the best durn (;-) tobacco today, Petersons Holiday Season 2016 in my Peterson Xmas emerald pipe, smoking with the leprechauns,( or Didymen as the Dodymen call them in Liverpool ( hi!)). Some water on the table. PS, the Didymen are copyright, of Ken Dodd a senior Liverpool family comic.

Now smoking Dan Tobacco Mellow Mallard in a 2014 Savinelli Gaius smooth brown slight bend black acrylic stem and ferrule 320KS author. We did not have one of our better nights. Suzy and Molly are indoor cats who have not been outside since we got them as kittens, and the few times I've taken them on the deck, they'd look for a moment or two, then start clawing my arm and shoulder in an effort to get back inside because they got scared of being outside. For some reason we don't know and surprised us, Suzy decided to sneak out last night when we were bringing in groceries, and we searched and searched for a few hours in the dark. M'lady, my next door neighbor, and I walked around the neighborhood, searched through the woods behind out house, spent quite a bit of time searching under the deck... nothing. Not a living soul to be found. I got up shortly after daylight to look for her. I searched under the deck again, and did not see or hear from her. Eventually, I stood on the deck calling her, and after some minutes, I heard a familiar "meow". I called her for five minutes before she answered me again. I looked under the deck by our back door, and slowly, Suzy started walking my way as if it was no big deal. Clean as whistle, and normal as always, she came to me like we always does.
The weird thing is that she wasn't any more hungry than usual - and if there's one thing Suzy doesn't miss, it's a meal, snack, meal, snack, and more snacks and meals. I thought she'd be more hungry than that. Well, Molly, who is very dependent on Suzy, was upset last night and continually searched the house looking for Suzy, even calling for her a couple times. Now, Molly's hissing at her, and won't get close because she smells a different scent on Suzy than she normally would. But, they'll soon go back to their normal routine, and we'll never take another chance by leaving the screen door open when we bring stuff into the house.

Started off the morning with eggs for breakfast. Now smoking Esoterica Penzance in a smooth 1/4 bent Altinok meerschaum bulldog with a 925 silver band, working on my second cup of coffee and listening to ESPN radio.
