Relaxing after a wonderful rice, black beans, cheese, and bratwurst dinner with a bowl of Peter Heinrichs Curly Block in a straight black sandblasted 1968 Dunhill Shell bulldog with a black vulcanite stem. Just fed Suzy and Molly, so I get some peace and quiet for a while.
Woke up after several hours sleep, feeling uncomfortable after my new angling adventure & having one of the last bowls of Peterson Holiday Season 2016 in a Peterson Xmas special, with a rare midnight feast , a chocolate milk shake & some beef & some pork jerky, to revive me, US hymns & favourites on internet radio....Precious memories how they linger, the gospeller sings , the midnight hours.
A long classic by the Bremen Piper, a special about some fine ropes & cake from Motzek, & a night visit to King Henry the Lion's castle,. slowly enjoying my Holiday Season 2016, listening to gentle hymns. Before lent...
Now smoking Dan Tobacco Mellow Mallard in a post WW2 Pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 Bulldog with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite p-lip stem. Haven't smoked this pipe lately. It's a great smoker and one of my favorite pipes.
51F, looking like some spring thunderstorms moving in over the next couple of days. Grass is coming back to life. Starting off the morning with 2011 Mac Baren Va #1 in a smooth 1/2 bent 1999 J.M. Boswell billiard with the familiar bowl etchings, drinking Trader Joe's coffee and listening to NPR.
Starting off my smoking day with Watch City Slices in a straight Lane era Charatan black with burgundy undertone sandblasted billiard 420 and a black vulcanite stem. A glass of the very delicious Trader Joe's Tangerine Juice is my drink. Suzy and Molly were very happy to see me wake up. They stormed into the kitchen so fast that they collided and knocked each other down. Considering that they always have dry food out, and had their breakfast just a couple of hours before, you'd think they'd know their last wet food meal wasn't their last meal, the little goofballs! Ah, well... they're contentedly munching away now.

I have done a well needed restringing of my 12 string harp with metal strings,an easy instrument to play but a lifetime to master , I am still a beginner, enjoying playing along with some muzak after feeding us, which I am very pleased with & relaxing with some smokes.
