61F before daybreak, thunderstorms expected throughout the day. About a month ahead of schedule for those here. Starting off with Peter Stokkebye Luxury Twist Flake in a smooth 1/4 bent GBD 549 Varichrome bulldog and drinking Trader Joe's coffee. Planning on getting the wood burner ready to fire up again tomorrow night, doing laundry and some house cleaning today.
Hi, some of my porage & buffalo milk mix in my MM Country Gent maple with a new Falcon International stem & silvery ring, followed by some of my Choc Buffalo milk shake in my Bruno Freehand Plateau a very pleasant agreeable estate pipe from the States, some Trad hymns on internet radio, I dumped my TV, with a Coor light beer on the table, bye for now.
Just finished smoking Jim's Half Va., Half Burley w/Per in a 2003 medium bent straight grain Two dot 2 P. Ardor Venere Extra Bucaneve with a silver ferrule signed by Dorelio Rovera and a black acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my evening drink.
The last of this trade sample of Dunbar in a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. The power was out for a couple of hours, but we survived. Molly and Suzy spent a little time playing together, so I managed to have some entertainment at their expense.
Relaxing after a wonderful hamburgers and fries dinner, and am now smoking the best durn tobacco made today: Strang in a 2003 smooth medium bent straight grain Ardor Venere Extra signed by Dorelio Rovera Dublin with a black acrylic stem.
Now smoking Edgeworth Ready Rubbed in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite stem. Have enough left for one more bowl, and then it's back to smoking the Match. Taking a short work break to feed Suzy. Molly's not hungry.
Listing this a couple minutes early: MacBaren Symphony in a mid-70s slight bend black sandblasted English Rustic 120 billiard with a black vulcanite stem. Working and listening to The Jack Benny Program.
