To me it is more like a Dunhill innertube...
You can smoke it with it in, remove it for an open draw or use a filter.

The tassel sticking out behind the pipe looks like a little dude standing on the stem! He even looks like he’s smoking because of the wisp of white fibres coming out of the knot! Lol. He looks proud of his pipe. |
