This very different for me, reading that Hotel Choclate will send 50$ worth of choclate to a loved one for just paying the shipping , 14.50$, it could be for a bunch of reasons, thinking of you, just because, you missed graduation. Got 2 Grandkids, girl graduates this year, so I sent her one, then realized it wasn’t fair to not include the boy, he’s 13, wrote him a note, you are the baby in the family and PawPaw didn’t want you to cry when your sister got hers.!

Its not in the mail, but Shweetie is on her way home from visiting the grandbabies in Idaho, and she has that custom .44 from the gunsmith with her, and I think my son-in-law sent me some Old Dad. He got my recipe awhile back, and he's blending it now.

I am so sure that he appreciated that, despite the comment. It's hard to be 13, but chocolate is good for what ails you.

It's not her, though, it's me. 😁🤠 I'm excited that I will be able to shoot in the backyard at the new house. Got to design a backstop that will handle 450 Bushmaster and 69gr 223 target solids.

Placed an order with Wilke for 8oz of Crystal Palace and 2oz each of 71st St., Bestmake, 524, and 184. I haven't stocked up in a while and was running low on things I wanted to smoke (Still plenty of Yule Log in the cupboard in case I need to rid myself of pox). I'm pretty excited and trying to practice enough restraint to avoid buying a couple of pipes I could (maybe) use.

Got a couple old 1960's Yello-Bole Airogrates in the mail. Another one should be arriving soon. Trying to build at least one good one. So far the aluminum part on both are in good shape - the grates too. One bowl is shot, the other might be usable, but really need a better one. Both mouthpieces are usable, one more so than the other - but with a little work might surprise me. Hopefully the one in the mail will have a great bowl. We'll see.
Not really a fan of this pipe - but my father smoked one in the 60's so I want to put together a good one and smoke his brand of tobacco in it just for the memory.

Thompson Cigar has a deal on an Oliva 10-Cigar Sampler. I have no need for another cheap humidor, cutter or torch but the cigars come out to just a few bucks each.

I got a pipe in the mail today that I don't remember ordering. It's an NOS Goldstar Rally squashed tomato from St Claude France. Smokes just fine just like every pipe I've had from the city that invented the briar pipe.

Found another interesting pipe. Should arrive in a couple more days. ALPHA CAMEO 1/4 BENT RUSTICATED VOLCANO I like that! According to the website: Very tall, with deceptively thick walls, this cylindrical chambered volcano estate pipe from Israel carries a wonderful attire of dark burgundy rustication with a topped polish and an acrylic stem of dark amber. All that is required here is an aged rum, a fine tobacco, and we suppose the sunset is optional. Smooth in the draw, this vesuvian vessel is in excellent condition and will likely stay lit for hours at a time no matter what leaf fuels the engine. Length: 5.44 in / 13.82 cm Height: 2.06 in / 5.25 cm Width: 1.81 in / 4.61 cm Chamber Diameter: .91 in / 2.33 cm Chamber Depth: 1.77 in / 4.51 cm Weight: 1.78 oz / 50.58 g Origin: Israel Stummel Material: Briar Stem Material: Acrylic Filter: None Markings: ALPHA, ISRAEL, Cameo

Two Giubileo D'Oro 9004s. Oh man, that's just not right! Have a little consideration for us poor folks! When two crown jewels to a collection appear, especially in the same auction, the collection completionist takes over. I've seen Giubileo D'Oros in the 904, even have a sandblasted one, but I've never even heard of one in the pre seventies four digit 9004, not to mention in blasted and smooth. A shameful amount of money was cast, but much like the one of a kind 9005 I acquired not too long ago, these will be added to my growing collection as royalty.
