Well now that clinches it... P&C and any others are OFF my list of vendors if this signaturere requirement comes to Florida. I am rarely home when UPS delivers, and their nearest outlet is an hours drive from home for package pickup. I guess there is always Florida's 85% tax on pipe tobacco to consider.... |
