Sorry to hear that. Not many who are not fans of Middle Earth. Christopher did a great deal to advance the stories of Middle Earth, finishing much of what his father started. That's quite a legacy. I understand the grandkids, who have control over the copyright, have reached agreement with the movie studios (don't remember which) to produce the Silmarillion as a series. Not sure if its HBO.

Middle Earth is an interesting place. I recall the posters from the 1960s: "Come To Middle Earth". I did my best to visit by reading. The bug never bit me. An interesting tale and characters but not my style.
