Just wanted to give a shout out to a person and company that takes really good care of its customers.
I bought a tool from him, and when it arrived I promptly lost a set screw it uses. I wrote him asking what the thread pitch on that screw was so I could get a suitable replacement.
He replied within a day with, "I'm not really sure but if you give me your address I'll send you one".
All total I was without use of that tool for less than a week.
Even among good retailers he is a cut above in my book!
