What a day..My nerves are totally frayed..Yesterday it rained quite a lot here in my litter corner of Carolina..No big deal..Today it has made that look like a spring shower..It has poured most of the day My yard is full of standing water, and that's nothing compared to what has run off. Creeks are over their banks. Many roads are under water. We are being told to stay home tonight...That's not even the worst part..We've had Thunder and Lightening. High Winds...A tornado hit about 10 miles from my house..Lots of trees down..Over 50 thousand places without power..All in all a very nasty day,and it's still raining..The good news is all is well at my house and my family is safe.

I know how you must feel right now, I live in Texas and when we have weather its mostly adverse. My prayers go out to you and your family. Just hunker down and get as comfortable as you can and get your mind on something else, I have faith you'll all come through it and in a day or two you'll be talk'en about it like it was ancient history.

Weather change has been pretty drastic recently...hard to decide which threat is worse...fortunately I sit on 80 ft. of pure AAA grade sand and flooding is something that I don't have to deal with...hurricanes and tornadoes are a different story...we are all getting a taste of misery in some form or other.

Unusual weather here, a few miles from Pebble Beach where the ATT Pro-Am (aka The Crosby) has just started. It's been below freezing the last three mornings, but days have been merciful.
Stay safe!

Low 30s this morning but really no big deal as we can get by with a simple jacket and not look like Kartman.

We've been getting it bad here, and more to come. This new place is much more exposed than where I used to live, so it appears worse.
