Check out Vermont Freehand, they have all sorts of stems. One of their Fancy stems might be the ticket.

No telling who made it but, for some reason it reminds me of a "Marksman", maybe the style of the carving.
It looks to been made for a straight black Ebonite stem the same length as it is or maybe just a bit longer.
That's what I would suggest in keeping it as original as one can but, it depends on you as for color and shape of stem in the end.
