A few months back the wife and I stopped in at a Arby's when a young immature man came out from behind the counter ripping his shirt off ready to attack a customer. For the life of us we could not figure out what provoked this and we were sitting very close to the counter. I am always ready for trouble but we snuck out the door. I wrote Arby's a letter telling them about the incident and that I thought the young man was a danger to customers, employees as well as himself. The sent me two twenty dollar coupons and said the young man released from employment the next day. They also thanked me for taking the time to inform them. Most of the time these customer complaints go nowhere so it was nice to see a proactive customer service dept.

He was just exhibiting "We have the meats".
You snuck out before act II, Then you overstepped.

Shooting vermin is so hard today with all the cameras and what not. That and the local lock up does not have memory foam mattresses. Like J Gordon Libby i can kill you with a paper clip if backed into a corner. LMAO

Fair play to them for doing what they did.
I'm sure there will be some people who were there and witnessed the one side of it (not knowing he was subsequently released) who will never come back. It amazes me how some people criticise companies as a whole based on one member of staff.
When I worked in a call centre for a bank, a woman said to me she had previously had a call from the bank from someone who was really bad at their job, rude etc. She said she was moving to another bank.
I said to her, 'if you're happy with the products we are offering then you might as well stay. What happens if you move to another bank and that employee also moves to the same bank? You've got the same problem.'

Scary thought as to what is inside those things...made by fellow locked up folks.

Dude, the current culture edict is that you video the WHOLE scene, while egging the situation on, then post it to YouTube so the rest of us can enjoy the train wreck. I can't say I necessarily agree with this phenomenon, as a gentleman, but it sure as heck is entertaining! The one guy must've put his chocolate in the other guy's peanut butter. Too bad Reese's already realized that was a good idea. Edit: good on Arby's for giving you coupons! And, I guess, for firing the guy too.

Sorry I never carry a phone one of the joys of being for the most part retired. My vacation in the sand box gave me enough live violence entertainment for a lifetime, I do pack heat or carry a Spyderco Proficient hidden. I am not sure if folks are crazier or is there just more of them.
