Just offering my experience here with Ken Byron Ven. I have had very good experiences with his business so far and he's earned a repeat customer. My last order though not a very big one - was 1 dark fired cherry and 1 burlier morning pipe. Had the burlier before and it was great so I tossed in another and some BJ longs. Well I got my order today and it may seem small but it contained BJ Longs, dark fired cherry, and BURLEY morning pipe. I'm sure the burley version is just fine and I haven't even tried it but I sent him a friendly email telling him that there was a mixup and within minutes he responded with an apology. Informed me that he'd get a pouch of the Burlier right out to me. I think other companies should take a lesson in Customer Service from this guy.

I just ordered from him for the first time last week. Shipping only took three days. Tobacco was very nicely packed. The sticker labels for the tins are a great touch. Haven't tried either blend (Verge Engine Overdrive and King's Ransom Rich Dark English) but the tin note on both is amazing. I am very impressed. If these taste as good as they smell he will have a repeat customer to be sure.

Both of those blends are good. The Verge Engine is one of the stronger blends I've had from him and I smoke it in the a.m.
