Anyone know anything about old lighters? I bought an old Ronson Vanguard for $7, and it's in great shape. The only problem is that the butane canister tips don't seem to fit the fill valve on the lighter. Is there some kind of adapter needed to fill these old guys?

The best butane comes with the adapters in the lid. Try Vector 14x.

I do have a couple of cheaper brands that don't have the adapters, but I mostly use butane lighters, especially my old Corona Pipemaster and I don't want to take a chance.
