Go to YouTube, type in Oroville Dam and under search tools watch the videos from the last 24 hours....that is my old stomping grounds, I watched videos within the last hours, and the sheriff ordering the evacuations said the Oroville dam is not in danger of breaching, just the spillway... the nervousness in his voice tells me that he is in uncharted territory. Cities very far away from the dam have a year round high water table...Stockton, Tracy, Modesto, etc... and that water flows from the Sacramento River to the delta right by them... hopefully people even down there have contingency plans..
