Just received my Blasted Bent Billiard from Ron Powell. The photos on his website didn't do this pipe justice when it comes to the finish. I love the contrast in the stain.
It's lightweight and even though it's bent, I can easily pass a pipe cleaner through the bit and into the bowl.
Now, I'm one of "those" pipe smokers who breaks in a new pipe by filling it up and smoking it. This pipe didn't disappoint me. In fact, I loaded it with St. Ives, lit it and it didn't go out until there was nothing left but ash - just over an hour after lighting.
