Still tinkering with Rustica, I figured out that my XL Dunhill can easily hold four cube cut flakes. Three and a half hours later, the room is spinning and I have cold chills.....heavenly.

HAHA. I'm glad you've found your Nirvana, Duane! I have never felt this from ANY form of tobacco use. I get a good hit from chewing, but this is next level!

I honestly didnt know that people actually go looking for a nic-hit. I get 'em sometimes, mostly from ODF Kentucky if Im thinking hard and freight-training the pipe, not being careful. I enjoyed a really good Cohiba the other evening that left me a tiny bit light headed, but I try to avoid the hit. I dont like feeling even a little bit out of control of my mind or my body. I havent been drunk in close to 25 years for the exact same reason.
That's interesting. I just never considered it a thing.

Always enjoyed the taste but never understood how anyone could get a nic hit from one.

I dont "chase" it. I just prefer copious amounts of nicotine from time to time. The flavors from the high nice blends always seem more robust and stout to me.
Dark Plug for breakfast is good from time to time.

I like a nic-hit, but I don't go looking for it. It reminds me of the good old 60s,but only for a few minutes. I don't enjoy it enough to try the Rustica.

Not an enjoyable experience, IMO. The last time I had it happen was with a Fuente Opus X.

I'm a lightweight. Too much nic makes me sick.

I've never had anything resembling a nic hit, but like others, I'm not sure if like it, so I won't chase it.

I would like to have some , not sure I want to pay the price on it though. Same as their other HH 3.5 ounce tins. With Rustica being $19.90/tin and 34 flakes/tin, that's $.59/flake.

I've had a few HH blends but not from a tin. Some were given to me, one bulk from the shop.. assumed it was smaller.

I smoked a light of Nitecap and always wondered why people complained about the nicotine hit, then I found myself puking in the back yard one night, since then I plan ahead. I hydrate and eat well, before testing a strong tobacco. Brown Bogie delivers the freight for me, and I prepare ahead of time, but a stout cigar can really send me reeling.

I remember buying Mexican dirt weed for $10 an ounce back in the 70’s, so this is still a good value for me.

Haven't had a good drunk in ages, but on nights when I can't sleep I'll throw back a shot of scotch or rum to help me sleep. Marriage is something I often wish I had avoided.

Capsaicin and vitamin D3 do though.😉 I can't take capsaicin. I take the D3 every day. Can you eat hot peppers? I'm not supposed to but can't help myself from time to time. My doctor suggested D3 for my anxiety. 3000 IUs/day. It's a natural mood elevator.
