I can't take capsaicin. I take the D3 every day. Can you eat hot peppers? I'm not supposed to but can't help myself from time to time. My doctor suggested D3 for my anxiety. 3000 IUs/day. It's a natural mood elevator. No I can't eat peppers. I take the same amount of D3. |

Mac Baren Rustica - I let a fresh bowlful dry out in the pipe... crispy. Takes to flame easily and delivers in billowy bliss. I have been taking 4 grams a day of omega 3 fish oil, 40k units of B12, 5k units of D3 and several other natural supplements and I'm feeling better than I have since 2019. Cholesterol is the lowest it's ever been. |

This is a great thread to revive. I saw it after I loaded up some GH Dark Aromatic Flake, which is certainly pertinent to the conversation. I used up all of my Mac Baren Rustica and am waiting for a new release of it. I think itâs sad that itâs a special edition here, but always available in Europe, which is where I will order some from (Germany) if it doesnât show up again by spring.
