I do occasionally. I don't really think about it and I don't do it on purpose. but being a former cigarette smoker it just kind of happens. Doesn't really bother me.

I finally figured out how to smoke making it impossible to inhale: I take a breath thru my nose & hold it while I take 4 or 5 puffs, that way it does not go into my lungs.

I never smoked cigarettes so usually don't have this problem. It did happen this morning while I was lunting. I think my coughing may have woken up the neighbors.

Thatโs basically what got me to quit all tobacco back in the 80s. (Just returned to piper only a coupla weeks ago.) I was smoking both, but a lot of Pall Mall cigs (unfiltered). Not good, so I would go to the pipe to try to wean me off. But I found myself inhaling the pipe all the time. So I quit everything.
Mark Twain said โQuitting smoking is easy. Iโve done it hundreds of times.โ But it was the end for me, until now. No more inhaling, ever!

I accidentally did it today. I coughed, blew hot ashes all over and spilled my drink.

I do on occasion accidentally inhale, because I used to smoke cigarettes. Then i cough. Then I usually say something like "smooth move ex-lax!". ๐

Yes I inhale small amounts with every sip of the pipe. Not like taking a bong rip and turning purple but I am not in denial that smoking a pipe one never inhales smoke into the lungs. Denial is not a river in Africa.
