Ten K! Congrats and well done. Do you celebrate road miles every 10,000? How many times a year do you hit that? I don’t run that many miles now, on a heavy week it can be over 2k, But with the work it is anywhere from 35-60 hours. The 2k/ 60 hour runs beat the old dog down.😉 |
