I quit watching football years ago. I hear that they removed the statue of Teddy Roosevelt from the front of the NY Museum of Natural History. I want a country where my heros are appreciated. Is that too much to ask?

I predict that even if he never takes another snap Kapernick will have a large impact on the NFL and be the one remembered as a "hero".
