In from usual walks, no-band 6x42 for company. All else on hold till lawn sale is set up for 9am for start. Later after the Ed is fed, '06 daVinci in Caminetto "Business" #174 & continue with the papers.

Lawn book sale on hold....Ma Nature slammed wifie's body again, don't even know if mine's up to carrying out 6 heavy boxes of same & kindly neighbor not available to help.

Had some 1792 flake, a gift from brother Josh (roadsdiverged) in a small volcano...too hot to make it through half the bowl...time to go inside in the A/C and lay down...rough feeling today.

a few PM'd me about yard sales. We're done. Wifie never showed up till just before noon. Sez she made, in 2 days, about $23. We both done with lugging books in/out in the heat & heavy boxes of books. Tarp folded up, bricks to keep it from blowing away & underneath a two-seater bench in back yard. Lawn chairs back to cellar. Books just have to sit as library not taking any at this time (health related). Us both near 80 & wore out

McClelland's Yenidje Supreme from 2013, last of one of the greats in one of Ron's fabulous pipes...a partially blasted bulldog. Next up is some Butternut burley in a straight grained bent apple from Briar Spirit Pipes...a birthday present from 2014.

pepesdad1 Hope you’re feeling better. It’s going to get hotter the next few days, so take it easy. My first pipe of the day (what!) is 2018 Esoterica And So To Bed in a sandblasted Brebbia squashed tomato with a tortoise shell acrylic stem. This blend does not get praise it should. I would imagine It could have to do with being in the shadow of Penzance.
